Guest’s Legal Responsibilities
To engage in booking or registering for a package with GFL2025 Association, the guest must affirm that they are at least 18 years of age.

The guest is legally bound to adhere to the established house rules, directives, and regulations governing travel and accommodation. Between the hours of 24:00 and 07:00, the guest is obligated to minimize noise to ensure a tranquil environment for fellow guests.

The guest assumes full responsibility for any damages incurred. GFL2025 Association or its designated subcontractors reserve the right to promptly terminate the agreement if the guest or any individual within the guest’s party engages in disruptive behavior and/or causes damage to the accommodation or its surroundings.

It is the responsibility of guests to acquaint themselves with rules and obligations imposed by GFL2025 Association’s suppliers.

Compliance with Norwegian Alcohol Serving Regulations
Guests are reminded to adhere strictly to Norwegian regulations governing the serving of alcohol. In accordance with these regulations, all establishments in Norway are prohibited from serving alcohol beyond 03:00.

However, guests are permitted to consume their own alcohol within the confines of their rooms or apartments. This provision allows for a private and controlled environment for alcohol consumption, ensuring compliance with the stipulated time restrictions for alcohol service in public areas.

GFL2025 Association emphasizes the importance of guests respecting and abiding by these regulations, and any violations may result in legal consequences for the guest.

Accommodation Arrangements
All teams may request their preferred accommodation arrangements, however, GFL 2025 OC reserves the right to modify these preferences to optimize capacity. Room assignments will be made well in advance of the event, and any affected teams will be notified.

Deposit: 
-Every guest will receive an e-mail with a link and asked to follow instructions.
-Amount reservation: 5000 NOK will be reserved from their account/credit card. This amount will temporarily be held during GFL2025.
-Release of the amount: The amount of 5000 NOK will be released latest on April 9th 2025, provided there have been no damages.

Insurance
The event organizers, Fýri resort, Skistar Lodge, Destination Hemsedal, Hemsedal Skisenter, Hemsedal Municipality, Hemsedal I.L or sponsors are not liable for participants who injure themselves during the event. All participants must ensure that they have adequate insurance coverage.

Each participant is responsible for understanding the course layouts and planning their races to avoid dangerous situations.

Reporting Issues and Disputes
Any defects or deficiencies must be promptly reported to the designated responsible party at the respective location to facilitate expeditious resolution. Failure to seek redress during the lease period, thereby forfeiting the opportunity to rectify faults, precludes subsequent claims for compensation.

In case of disputes between a supplier and a guest regarding quality, faults, or deficiencies arising before or during the stay, GFL2025 Association, acting as an agent, will not intervene in such matters.

Force Majeure
GFL2025 Association shall not be held legally accountable for repercussions stemming from adverse weather conditions, facility closures, or other factors beyond the OC’s control. In the event of any unforeseen issues, GFL2025 Association retains the full right to cancel the booking.

Disclaimer
All participants acknowledge the disclaimer upon registration. The regulations, disclaimer, and privacy policy are accepted when the OC fee is paid. Any violations may result in legal consequences for the guest.
