We hope this article finds you well. In this article we have tried to compile the most important bits from the upcoming PRE-GFL 2025.
Location & Dates
PRE-GFL 2025 will be held in the western part of Norway, close to Bergen and Voss.
The dates are Sep 22nd to Sep 24th 2024.

Day 1 – Sep 22nd
Arrival at Bergen Airport “Flesland” (BGO)
A member of OC GFL2025 will meet you at the airport from 09:30 to welcome you, assist with your luggage, and offer complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and sandwiches. For transportation from Bergen Airport Flesland to the city center, we recommend taking the Bergen Light Railway (Bybanen) to the end station, “Byparken”. (Buy your own tickets at the airport)
A member of OC GFL2025 will then meet you at Byparken, where you’ll receive a map and the opportunity to explore Bergen’s highlights, including Bryggen, the Fish Market, The Fløibanen funicular, and more at your own pace, before meeting the rest of the group at 16:15 at Bergen Jernbanestasjon (Railway Station).
We’ll all catch the train to Voss, checking in at Park Hotel Vossevangen, for dinner & party…… Here we’ll also have the draw for the starting order in the giant slalom and snowboard competition and reveal the theme for the theme party in Hemsedal.
Day 2 – Sep 23rd
The Treasures of Norway tour + Stegastein Viewpoint Tour.
We hope that you will join us for The Treasures of Norway tour: This includes a bus ride, fjord cruise, and a couple of hours in Flåm. Then, we take the Flåmsbana with a transfer to the Bergen Line train back to Voss.
During the stay in Flåm, you will also have the possibility to add the Stegastein Viewpoint tour if you want. We end the day with dinner and a party at Park Hotel Vossevangen. This day is a perfect blend of natural wonders and fun not to be missed.
Day 3 – Sep 24th
After breakfast and check-out, you have two options for returning to Bergen Flesland Airport, BGO.
Option 1: Take the train from Voss to Bergen Jernbanestasjon, then transfer to the Bergen Light Railway to the end station, BGO. You’ll need to purchase your own tickets.
Option 2: Opt for the sightseeing tour via bus from Voss to BGO, known as the “To BGO via Extended Tour”. Estimated time of arrival at BGO is around 12 o’clock Local time.

Basic Fee: 2795 NOK
Treasures of Norway Tour: 1545 NOK
Stegastein Viewpoint Tour: Free of charge, we received a sponsor.
BGO Extended Tour: 500 NOK
“All in” 4840 NOK..
Please note that the Basic fee is the only mandatory payment. This includes two nights at the hotel (shared double-room) and 2 breakfasts, 2 light lunches and 2 dinners (+ a glass of sparkling wine for the welcome party)
